Ruth has over 10 years’ experience as a senior leader, working with a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations. An executive and leadership coach, she coaches leaders in organisations and those going through career change and transition; across sectors, including corporate, public sector and voluntary and she also works with small business owners.

Prior to establishing her coaching practice in 2008, Ruth spent 25 years working both in the corporate world (including RBS) and the voluntary sector, where her roles included HR Director, Board Trustee & executive team member with an International Emergency Relief and Development agency. During this time she specialised in people and organisational development, leadership, culture and behaviour change, learning and development.

Ruth is a trained Co-Active Coach, has also trained with the Academy of Coaching Excellence and is a member of the Association for Coaching. Motivated to help everyone achieve their fullest potential and high performance, tasting more of their own success, she considers each client to be highly important and unique.
