During this time she specialised in people and organisational development, leadership, culture and behaviour change, learning and development.
Ruth is a trained Co-Active Coach, has also trained with the Academy of Coaching Excellence and is a member of the Association for Coaching. Motivated to help everyone achieve their fullest potential and high performance, tasting more of their own success, she considers each client to be highly important and unique.
As one client remarked: Ruth is professional, caring, empathetic, clear, inspiring, energetic, wise and fun! Her friends say she is creative, insightful and warm; she is ‘glass half full’, but realistic; she loves to get to the heart of the matter, knows what works and is rooted in practical solutions. She loves open spaces and two places that are particularly special to her (apart from Scotland!) are Darfur and Afghanistan.
